Ok we have been rolling for three days now. Picked up the truck in Reno and only got like 50 miles down the road before we stopped for the night in Carson city. Truck makes A Lot of noises. Haha so I spent the evening going through everything. Truck looks solid and wrap up the noises to the fact it’s a prerunner haha.

day 1 of driving we hit Lake Tahoe, and kings canyon.

day 2 of driving we left CA(finally) hit AZ and sipped at the Grand Canyon.

today is the start of day 3 driving and the plan is to straigh shot roll through NM and hopefully make it into Amarillo tonight for sunset.

here are some teaser shots. Disclaimer tuck ain’t the prettiest thing on the outside but she has amazing bones and will be amazing after the McNeil face lift.

Oh yeah and CA you can suck it on gas prices. This was the highest we paid so far... my god!

We have found a comfortable pace of stopping for gas and stretch ever 100-120 miles. So if the gas prices are too high in one town we can wait and fill up at the next stop.

5.79 for 87? I'll get out and push instead. hell, a month ago, 100 octane RACE fuel was 7.99 a gallon in Yuma at a Pump.

this was at a stop in Essex along 66 which was the only station in 100 miles. Soo price gouging I guess is just expected? Lol

Hah you’re funny... I’m gonna throw in a fiberwerx dash and run the console all the way to the rear. Will have 4 “captains chairs” kind of set up. Plus there are a bunch of Hollywood camera mounts in the cab from the trucks previous life that will get removed.


I will say after 1000 miles so far these seats are quite comfy
