How’s that executive care for you going?

i will say that even a brand new RaptorR I jumped up and down on the rear bumper at the stealership and it clunked on the back too
Tarita is great - she's been a contact since before I purchased my 22 when things were getting hairy regarding price protection and the MSRP increases. I connected with her last spring when the first dealer diagnosed the shocks to be replaced then said they are on backorder forever. She called around and helped me get in direct contact with the other two dealers to make this a priority

The clunk when bouncing on it isn’t a perfect test. It will always make noise. There is a difference in volume with affected vehicles. It’s much louder. Also will feel like something might be loose.
Exactly! The clunk and loose feeling in the rear and steering wheel isnt normal at all. My gen2 never felt this way, always planted

This might be a dumb question, but how can one get in contact with Executive Care if you don’t have Instagram or are just new to this whole thing? Lol Just want to make sure I have the information available in case I ever need to.

Taking my truck to the service department tomorrow regarding this issue, so I’m hoping it’s good news. I have the 35 and build date is 08/21, have extended warranty through Ford, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

My dealership said my rear shock was not able to be ordered at this time. I probably have to call them again and see if anything changed.

Oh don’t tell me that... I really hope that’s not the case. I mean, as long as they don’t keep the truck while waiting for the part and they *actually* order it, that’s fine.
