@FordTechOne I am taking my 2021 801a 35 in for getting the Pro Power service bulletin programming done, also an oil change (3,600 miles) just to be safe. I am feeling a little shift in the driver seat from time to time, wondering if a bracket is loose. Do you know if there is anything else I should be having them check on while it is in the shop? Thanks for your guidance!

Nothing I can think of unless you have any open recalls.

That’s stinks. Sorry to hear that. Would be great if we could figure this out. I may have to turn to an independent shop and eat the bill for it.

Did you have the issue in the rear and it at least fixed the rear issue with the new shock?

I didnt have an issue back there that i knew of...Told them the symptoms of the truck in the front passenger side, they said it was the rear passenger shock "causing it"...i figured whatever, let them replace it and lets see...didnt help. Im gonna have them address it again once i do the recall since itll be there... I know for a fact it isnt normal lol started around 5k miles, i can feel it in the gas pedal itself, its only one section of the truck the noise and vibration is coming from. Ive beat on it off road, and cant tell anything clunking or bad, its a beast, who knows lol. Just weird it comes from one particular location.

Oh ok gotcha, yeah it definitely can be felt in the gas pedal but I can actually hear the clunking as well…good to see you’re giving it a good run off road and don’t see any issues there. I agree, truck is awesome, just want to get the issue resolved like you!

My '18 had that. Some bailing wire fixed it up. On mine, going off memory, when you look under the front of the seat while rocking it back and forth I could see some movement in the front bar. I wrapped some wire around to the bar to take up the side to side slack. This was not long after I bought the truck new. I will try and remember to get a pic.
