I had my truck in about 2 weeks ago and they replaced both rear shocks. I would have sworn it was coming from the front as well, but replacing the rears seems to have fixed my clunk completely. It feels like such a better truck. I can't believe I had to wait over a year and 25,000 miles before my Raptor rides like it's supposed to.

I did have to find a different dealership than I purchased the vehicle from before I could get anythingat all done. Heritage Ford in Modesto, CA was absolutely worthless for me on everything I asked them to look at and told me multiple times that it was all normal and I was wasting their time by complaining about it, not just shocks, everything. Terrible dealership experience. Price Ford in Turlock, CA has been close to excellent getting these shocks replaced and a few other issues I've had pop up.

Now if they can fix my exhaust rattle I might be happy.
You get to a point where you wonder if you're the one who has the problem and are just being too picky, when in fact it's the dealers who are lazy and probably resentful that you own a $100k truck. They likely see us as a bunch of complainers but I guarantee you if they spent that kind of money on a truck, they would expect nothing less than perfection too. Glad you found a dealer who was willing to accommodate in the end.

Yep, exactly. I had the service writer tell me the "top tech" didn't hear the clunk or my exhaust rattle the first time and I was floored. I had my key fob in my hand and we were behind my truck and I remote started it for him and it hammers away like always on startup and I asked if he could hear that. With a straight face he said it sounded normal to him.

Drive 45 mins north to McClane here in Fredericksburg. Great folks and certainly worth the drive. Unless you are taking directly to Mike Bayer at Northside, nothing will get done. Just my .02

Finally got through the entire thread from start to finish (wow that was at least a few hours) and just scheduled my appointment. I could have sworn it was a loose end link or maybe even that front driveshaft (mine didn't have the same noise as that video). Mine comes from front and rear so hopefully it's not going to be too much of a hassle at the dealership to get them warrantied. Thanks Bmwtech113 for those great videos and fordtechone for the bulletin information.
