Yep, exactly. I had the service writer tell me the "top tech" didn't hear the clunk or my exhaust rattle the first time and I was floored. I had my key fob in my hand and we were behind my truck and I remote started it for him and it hammers away like always on startup and I asked if he could hear that. With a straight face he said it sounded normal to him.You get to a point where you wonder if you're the one who has the problem and are just being too picky, when in fact it's the dealers who are lazy and probably resentful that you own a $100k truck. They likely see us as a bunch of complainers but I guarantee you if they spent that kind of money on a truck, they would expect nothing less than perfection too. Glad you found a dealer who was willing to accommodate in the end.
