This, I walk near my truck a bunch during the day. It's constant whenever I get with 6-10 feet. Though, I don't think the door locks do anything.
I’ve heard the noises when the key was no where near the truck. I’m just trying to make sure it’s all Normal as I’ve never owned a Ford

My 2021 also does the same thing when I go near it with the key. This is even when cold and not run during the day. I was thinking it was either the shocks or the fuel pump priming. On my truck the sound comes from the rear of the truck. I have also had my truck battery die three times, about once every other month and no idea why. I am not sure if this is related or not, but Ford did not have a chance to do a test on it when I had my oil changed last time.

Nothing to be concerned about, my 2019 has done it since day 1. My wife’s 2020 Explorer ST, has done it also since day 1. Her previous 2014 Explorer Sport did it as well, although no where near as much as the 2020. These things are just Rolling Computers now, with a Fantastic Suspension;)
Neither of 2010 Raptors made any such noises, but they were NOT, SAUVE AND DE-B O N E R as are the Gen2 and the Elitist Gen-Tre’ Models…

I do know for a FACT, that during that “Noise Fiesta” the NSA, FBI, DOJ, BATF, NAACP and the NCAA are all remoting into your hard drive, which in turn, opens the Gateway to your home internet connection and anything you may have connected to it. They share/sell all of your secrets with the highest bidder.
The only way to prevent this illegal intrusion is to back into your garage with the nose facing NE. Line the Garage door with lead inserts and aluminum foil. After shutting down, open and close the drivers door 3x, rapidly. Slowly, open and close the Tailgate 2x.
This has worked for me for the last month :)

Same noises with my truck, no clue what it is. My fob is in a faraday pouch so the doors are still locked, but I can hear crap from the truck while in the garage wondering what the hell is going on. I guess its normal if we all have the same experience.

I've always figured it was relays or modules readying themselves in the even that I decided to touch my tailgate release buttons or try to push the door code buttons. Almost like an pre-activation arming of the system in case it needed to react to user input.
