@Mariner try some All Purpose Cleaner on the hoses, then scrub them real good like Ruby said.

For the mud staining, you might be surprised what some Super VRT or In & Out Spray will cover up (sorry, no link for the In & Out, a new version is getting ready to launch...shhhhh!)

I think that is the muddiest engine bay I have ever seen @siooss. Do you have a pic after you cleaned it up?

I see on the website you actually have a combo pack for those 2 products, genius! I'll be ordering that as soon as I get on my laptop again

Yep, cleans up real nice, you won't get shiny new looking black hoses, but gets 90% of dirt stain out, then wipe hoses down with Adam's VRT or in/out spray. When your engine bay looks like this, a gentle spray just doesn't cut it. Figured if this truck can drive for hours through mud and water and have engine bay like this, a power wash won't hurt it. If it did, I would trade for a Chevy, haha.

Yep my engine bay has looked like that a couple times. Time Attack 14' and TRR 15' was the worst. Actually any raptor run will ruin an engine bay to some degree but so much worth it.

Can't water lawns or wash cars in CA. Think this would be a water police ticket.
