i know the dash layout is different, i just havent seen a 13 screen up close yet. people here have been saying that the centerstack is different, but the overall shape is probably the same. i know that it is still an 8in screen. don know if its the same screen or a different one, but my guess is the shape wont change. it might just be other cnfigurations that have changed around the screen

The nav screen shape and size looked exactly the same to me on the 13

I use the Ford screen cleaning cloth that came with my truck. I keep it folded up in the mystery slot in the dash.

I use a pack of wet cloths look like diaper wipes they say screen cleaning cloth on the box. Use like a diaper wipe and wipe it off and throw it away next one pops up.. cheap and easy to store in the center console...
