We would NEVER promise a certain horsepower increase unless we have done the Mustang dyno testing ourselves. We borrowed a (non-Raptor) 2017 ecoboost for a couple weeks and had our way with it, including strapping it onto the dyno at Full Throttle Kustomz in Fillmore, CA.
Bare with me, Pedal Commander is in the middle of registering as a supporting vendor. Once that has been done, I'll be happy to continue discussion and answer any questions.

Here is the question.
Chipwerks makes the claim right on their website that it does not void warranty. If this was not true then you could sue them for false advertising.
Has anyone seen disclaimers stating otherwise ?

It most definitely voids your warranty! That's why they tell you to remove it before taking it in for service so you don't get caught using it.
