I'm up for either. Let's meet at ON THE BORDER and if we're all in the mood for jugs, we can go across the street to the Kilt and convince ourselves they really do like us and want to go home with us!



So, as of now, meet at ON THE BORDER in Vernon Hills at 1030 hours. We'll call an audible if need be to go stare at some hoots if we feel the need.

Not trying to rock the boat or change this to the tilted kilt across the street, but on 9/15, a corvette club I also hang out with is also having a lunch meet at the tilted kilt. I think it would be cool to see a load of vettes and raptors together....I am bringing my Raptor BTW.

On the boarder does not open till 11AM, but I think the intent of the OP is that we can all check each others rides out and shoot the shit for a bit before chow time.

As far as directions it's easy. If taking 94, take the Half Day Road exit going West. You will ride that for approx. 2 miles and hit Milwaukee. Make a right onto Milwaukee and you will drive another apprxo. 3-4 miles and see On The Border on the left side of the road (Tilted Kilt) is on the right side.

Where ever you all want to meet is cool. I just thought the parking lot behind would be a good place for a look at the trucks ect... Sounds like we will have a good turnout and some cool cars other than Raptors there to.

I just ordered my Outlaw hood mounts and HIDX 4" lights, but doubt they'll get here this week.

Based on the looks of the weather, most of the vette guys wont go out anyway...Nice thing about Raptors....I dont care if it rains like hell.

If they show, we can always cruise over. A few did voice excitement to see us as they appear to love Raptors (smart guys).
