I feel bad for the Ford Performance guys checking for all our order statuses all the time.

Maybe if their company had a competent IT department and a tracker that actually did something, they could tap into the same date FP sees and just put in on the tracker! Problem solved, and those guys could do other tasks.

They’re not affiliated with vehicle sales, scheduling, manufacturing, etc. Not sure it’s their job, they literally just have access to the same computer system as the dealer. They were probably answering parts questions all day until we came around lol

Never said they are affiliated with vehicle sales, scheduling or manufacturing. Checking vehicle order status is listed on their support page so im sure it's part of their job. If it wasn't listed then it's not.

Must have been new. Still crazy to me that Ford can’t make this process better, or working with dealers are so bad that we have to call a department that’s not related to the vehicle order process to get a sliver of info..
