Any suggestions?

Code reads: Air to Fuel Imbalance, Bank 1.

Engine seems to be running OK, last week I had an O2 sensor code, but that has since gone away with the new Motorcraft Airfilter.

I am curios if that is it Phyguy. I did pull an O2 sensor code last week. I went ahead and cleaned the MAF Sensor good and took her for a hard 15 mile drive. So far no code. I will revisit if the code goes again.

Yeah, I lost my MAF and the truck went to limp-mode. When I lost my cat the truck threw a code and check engine light, but allowed me to drive it normally. Good luck.

Code came back on today, about 50 miles since I cleaned the MAF sensor and cleared the check engine light.

I was running errands at lunch, so I swung in the dealer. They suggested I replace the O2 sensor / sensors first. This was suggested because though cold start-up / idle is a little high and rough (barely noticable change) and there does not seem to be a significant loss of power.

Because the code is also pulling "bank 1" then I know it is the RH side of the truck. I think I am going to pull the O2 sensor, check for damage / fouling, and go from there. If there is significant evidence of a bad Cat, we will pursue from there.

Keeps us informed I'm interested to see what it is! I've had y truck for 3 years now and haven't had any problems with O2 sensors or the cats yet I'm waiting for the day I have to replace them haha

I have talked to a couple guys at Ford also. Here are the possible things I will be checking for:

Corrosion
Incorrect connections
Exhaust leaks
Contaminated HO2S

Corrosion is the like culprit, living in Michigan and on a dirt road, but I will confirm. I have an cleaning the garage so I can find all my tools and get some place to work that is not in the dirt.

If your problem persists I have a Snap On Ethos scan tool...
Snap-on Diagnostics: ETHOS Scan Tool
We can take a look at a lot of things to see if there working correctly....
Let me know bro..
