I had the same issue, tried switching in Sport Mode and got the "Check 4x4" and "Service vehicle soon" pop ups. I mashed everything togther under the hood the in back left and it's worked great ever since. Thanks for the tips gents! Saved me a trip to the dealer and who knows what other headache.
