So they replaced the hub today and it appeared as though all was good, unfortunately after putting it in and out of 4X4 a few more times on my way home it started acting up again and said drive mode parameters not met:( I did check all my fuses for tightness when I got home and almost all of them needed to be pushed in. I went out and drove again after fighting them and it worked perfect, but it also worked perfect the 1st few times before it acted up the 1st time.
The loose connection on the fuses may have very well been your initial cause of your issue.

Hubs are now electronic. The tech said the error code was an issue with the electronic motor controlling the hub. I’m hoping the fuses being loose are what triggered that error and pushing them all down fixed it. I will update after running it for a while. We have snow today so hopefully it works LOL. I’ll see if I can get a pic today of the hub assembly but it looks perfect cosmetically.

So it's a motorized hub? This I gotta see, hope it's fixed and please send a pic showing the motor and hub if possible, thanks. I was thinking maybe a solenoid/relay type hub, so very interested to see what Ford has come up with.

Ok, so far so good since I pushed all my fuses down tight. Hopefully I’m all good now. I love this truck but was starting to feel a divorce coming on!!! Now if we can track down the rattle/knocking noise i‘m all good. My only other real issue is the vibrating buzzing noise coming from ceiling speakers.
