I think some light racks are compatible with the Roll-x cover. Not sure which. Might want to check if yours is.

If you only need one spare in the bed then there is room to have your cake and eat it. Light rack, spare in bed, cover and warm hands. Upright rack does look cool though.

And you know rule one is ALWAYS look cool! And as a fat kid I do love cake.

I know mine wont accept any cover because the rack sits on top of the bed rails as well as wraps over at a 90 along the inside of the bed. I had various covers on my old FX4 and I never really liked any. Other than the old man cap I had, but that wont fly now.

I have two spares to rotate in and out. I guess I could keep one underneath but in the future I want a rear bumper and dovetail. And it doesn't look cool with a ****** berry spare hanging out underneath.

L wants a new kitchen so all this is probably a pipe dream at the moment. I was just most curious why most everyone puts them against the cab. It never seemed to make sense to me..

I have a Outlaw Offroad Alpha 1 chase rack and there is a cover for that rack by Dezert Defense...

I know you are looking for rear mounted rack but I have not seen anything cover wise for a rear mounted chase rack.
