Center Console USB outlet

2024 model year. Has anyone converted (or know if you can) the center console usb-c outlet for a standard 12v accessory (old school cigarette lighter) outlet? Any insight appreciated. I’m thinking the lead to the outlet assembly is 12v and the usb assembly then converts to 5v.

I'm thinking like you are, seems very plausible. It has to be supplied by 12V then converted for the USB-C. Grab a meter and verify.
