It's actually a ProClip mounting bracket with a Pro.Fit iPod cradle. Similar to Panavise, but different mounting methods and materials.

It's part number 9L3Z-1506024-CC. I got mine from Tousley Ford Parts Depot. Total was about $150 shipped.
