Casey’s gives me bad gas

Just installed the cobb stage 1+ 91 octane on my 2020. I have a Casey’s store right by my house and have been running 91 octane for about 3 months. (93 not readily available anywhere nearby)
While messing with the gauges on the AP, my Octane inferred rate is at 89.
Also the knock octane modifier is at .456.
So is Casey’s 91 not 91?
Should I flash to the 87 tune, run it close to out of gas then fill up with a top tier 91?
Any help is appreciated

id just take it easy with the truck until next fill up.
Ive had a bad fillup before in my lightning and it ran like ass, just babied it till next fill, never again fillin up at Wawa but was the closest one and was low.

Also iirc they just add the additives and octane stuff at the gas station so maybe it was a bad mix or w/e.
