Biggest, were you aired down all weekend?

Roger that. I ran at 16 psi all weekend. Some thought my knuckles were bent as the UCA was so close to the inner tire walls. 16 psi will create that bulge.

Found some more carnage when I went for an alignment today.

And I know we are always looking to "shave" some weight from our rigs...but this way is not recommended...

ICON lower arm skid plates are in your future. These aluminum arms get torn up so easily. I kissed one rock with my lower arm and the skid plate barely flinched.

That's exactly how mine looks but it's the entire front part that's bent back and it's rubbing on the LCA pretty good I'll get pics in a little and post them

Put the truck on a frame machine and pull it back away from the arm with the hooks.

Over time, the frame will wear away at the rubber bushing in the arm. Ford doesn't sell bushing replacements. Just the entire arm assembly.

what is a reasonable price for a shop to do this?
