Reading the ebay auction it says:

Carbon center trim is NOT included with the steering wheel and used for illustration/fitment purposes


This must mean that just the outer ring is CF. For 2500, that trim should be included.

If Ford had a flat bottomed CF steering wheel in the CF package, I would have considered it.
