Interesting... Apparently not every Raptor has a USB port that lights up. The dealer swapped mine out and the new one lights up, but CarPlay still sometimes doesn't launch right, or launches but the screen is frozen so I have to unplug and plug the phone back in. Haven't had the USB port not light up though.

Just an update. After letting the truck sit for about half an hour it started working again. Took it to the store about an hour ago and still working but the accent lights don’t work. I’m now questioning if they ever did - maybe I’m imagining they did? Starting to wonder if the hub is developing an issue.

Did you do a reset on it? Power Button and Fast forward? If so the ambient lights reset to 0 brightness and you need to turn them back up in Vehicle Settings.
