Mine has roughly 5200 trouble free miles. Trouble is, those threads don't exist.

Dude you are dilusional! I was a ford tech for 15 years, ive been a bmw tech for 10 years, and i worked next to audi techs and i can without a doubt say the Audi and Bmw are bigger pos than what ford is producing. 10 years at bmw and i still only drive fords. Audis puked oil all the time as do bmws. I cant comment on mercedes as i dont have experience with that, but the biggest Ford dealer i worked at had 30 techs. Im currently working at a bmw dealer that has 90 techs and we are busier than i ever was at ford! The Audi guys i worked with were always slammed as well! I will say that Audi and BMW in general seem to treat the customer at a higher standard, but imho with what people pay for those cars i would expect it. Just an fyi, my daily beater 02 ford explorer has 180k miles on it and zero leaks and runs great! Ford makes a great product And bang for the buck its tough to beat.

I suppose I'll take my chances with the 2017. I have to admit though, the Ford quality control based on everything I've read is a joke.
You also have to understand that this is my first American car, so some of you may be immune to these issues and consider them as "minor" and "normal". Believe me, it's not when compared to the SEVERAL German cars that I've owned in the past.
There are several threads on here where one person after another all with 1000 or so miles went and checked underneath their cars and they all had oil leaks. I'm sorry but when you spend $70k on a truck, you shouldn't be dealing with ********* issues like this. This is all down to ****** quality control at Ford.
Man I couldn't agree more. I have and have had a lot of cars .. everything from Subaru, Ferrari, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, Nissan GTR etc etc. My favorite car of all time is the 2006 Ford GT. I loved my SVT and I really enjoy driving my 2017 Raptor daily. I love Ford. They're relatively inexpensive to service and fix and you can drive the shit out of them.Dude you are dilusional!
