I don't have mine yet (tomorrow hopefully) but I'm driving a 2005 Silverado Crew right now and I recently sold my H2. The length combined with the huge turning radius makes parking garages painful and I think the Raptor is longer than the Chevy by about a foot. The camera should help with that though.

If you don't need the extra cab room, I'd stick go with the scab for sure. I wish I could ahve but between the kid and my dog, I need the space.

Careful, I think the SCrew is more like 42" longer than the H2. Length is my big concern as well with regards to fitting into spaces and maneuvering (longer wb = larger turning radius) which is why I'm leaning towards the SCab now.
My bad... forgot to mention I was including the measurement of the rear tire carrier which puts it up to 203.5" and a SCREW is 232.1"

But whatever you get just make sure you enjoy it

Why'd you sell the H2? I love mine.

I by no means, live in a big city... but I have had the Rap in our movie theater's parking garage and have vowed never to do so again! The lowest ceiling height is 7', which is easily cleared by the Rap, but you'd be hard pressed not to crap your huggies every time you go under a ceiling crossmember. :Plugged:

It certainly looks scary from the inside but once you see the height difference on the outside you won't be worried. Anyways, what's the worst that can happen? You'll just end up with a convertible :)

I bought mine in late 2009 and is built to be a chase vehicle. It's my daily driver and put 55,000 miles on it commuting 60+ miles a day to work and back in Los Angeles. I have no issues. Just a parking structure or two. If anything, it becomes a pain when people keep starring at you and asking you questions when you want to be left alone. Other than that, a hell of a fun, everyday driver. Just buy one and you wont regret it.

Not much fun to drive and for as big as the thing is, there's not much interior space. I had the rear tire inside. I considered going to the rear mount but then it wouldn't have fit in my garage and my wife wouldn't have wanted to swing that big ass thing (the tire, not her acutal ass) open every time she needed to get into the rear.

It was fun for a while but the novelty wore off pretty quick for me.

Should've just driven without a spare all together. Sad to see a fellow Hummer go.

Park in the garages when you first pull in......you know, the spots for the electric cars that noone EVER uses. That will balance out the karma.

My SCREW is our daily driver. I've only found my parking garage that was too small to fit into, most are 6' 8" around here. The only mod required was to put on a stubby antenna. Once u get over the feeling ur gonna hit the ceiling, ur all good.

The biggest issue is gas mileage and fuel costs....but hell, if u bought a $50k pickup, u gotta have a few duckets to spend on juice :peace:
