I understand what your saying doesn't mean a different dealer wouldn't help him out. Because one dealership says no it doesn't always mean you can't go elsewhere. Most times when a dealer says it isn't covered they don't submit a request to have warranty cancelled. Just because one dealer says no doesn't mean another won't help him out. Trying to cancel a warranty for something so simple is flat out retarded. I know many out there do but there are dealers that want you as a customer and are willing to help out.
