Cam Phaser/ Engine Failure Poll

So, to conclude, if I buy one built after july 2018 , I am not sure to not have cam phaser issue ? We can read here that 2019 can have this issue , where is the true ? Finally , should be better to buy a gen 1 ? I am looking for since a long moment , I don't know what to do now !!!

Cam phaser issue only give an uggly noise starting engine , no more risk if we don't fix it ?

Oh well. Will be fixed under warranty with new parts by dealer I trust and back to enjoying an amazing truck. Glad I didn’t let all this nonsense deter me from buying one
