IMO, that is ********, unethical and potential fraud, if they took your money! The admins, need to police the Vendors better. I understand they cannot control how vendors act, but at least come up with a review/rating system. "buyer beware"

I ordered a center console cover from Raptor Embroidery before Christmas last year. Here it is the middle of April and I have still not received my cover. I have emailed him several times and all I hear is excuses to why I haven't received my order. Has anybody on this forum actually received any order from him? This is really getting to be ridiculous. 4 months waiting. I'm really pissed off at this point and just want my hard earned money back. Just wanted everyone on here to know about this so you don't waste your money or time on Raptor Embroidery!!!

I'll save you some time, go to the Gen discussion page, List of Production Numbers thread and read the pages. You will see the list of excuses and how much I called him out for a simple production plate. Unfortunately, you will also see where folks coddle and condone him and his business practices. They say it is OK to put "bigger" jobs before a PAID FOR smaller job. Hell, I was even asked if I ordered a console cover. after all my calling out for the build plate. UH NO! Judging from the build plate time, the cover would take years! The build plate took 2 months.

However, I gotta say, when it finally did arrive--- It looked awesome.

I am one those of those who waited after shipping my leather cover to him. Sounds and looks like these instances have gotten progressively more frequent. Mine was shipped back after 1.5 months without the hinge so.....Had to wait another 3 days after that. Good luck

Hey guys, cut him some slack. He's a student. Probably busy roof testing a toilet off the top of the Theta house and doing tequila shots from between some hot coed's *******.

Jeez, it's like you people don't remember how hard it was just starting out! lol

There is the vendor feedback section that is supposed to be used to document such cases.

I don't understand how you guys want to coddle him for being a college student and just starting out. No one is saying he's not working hard, I'm sure he's working his butt off, but if you can't supply adequate customer service, then stop expanding your product line and offering more shit than you can provide.

It's pretty simple business ethics, don't offer more than you can deliver, or you will lose your customers.

I have seen more negative comments than positive and that has kept me from throwing money into his college fund.

This 'coddle' thing is getting old.

I totally agree that his customer service needs some work. No argument there. I know some people haven't ever been part of a start-up but I have. It either goes slow and dies, or takes off and is completely nuts. Luckily he is experiencing the nuts path. Unfortunately for some, the communication and job resolution hasn't been all that good. He'll get it figured out eventually. Will he lose some customers, sure. Will he eventually be forgiven when he gets organized, sure.
