Calder Guthrie Custom Raptor Embroidery DEAD ?

2 months and still waiting...

I ordered a build plate roughly 2 months ago and still have not received it. I do understand that things happen but I would be livid if I were waiting on something more substantial especially if that business had MY OWN PARTS. Hope it all works out.

He's going to lose more and more customers... I was going to order a couple new items, but will not based on the trouble others are having. Customer Service needs to be stepped up!

You guys should all run a business on the side and see how it goes in between all the other stuff happening in life. From my personal experience, Raptor owners aren't a very patient bunch of guys. This is a specialty, handmade item and no one knows how many pieces he's working on all while trying to go to school. I get the customer service needs to be stepped up but he's a college student, running a one man show while trying to go to school. He's not Amazon, give him a break. If you don't want to buy don't buy but you really want to keep this thread going and talking trash on him? At least he's busting his ass trying to get these things made for you and not out complaining that he's offended by what you say demanding college for free.

Problem with Raptor Embroidery

I ordered a center console cover from Raptor Embroidery before Christmas last year. Here it is the middle of April and I have still not received my cover. I have emailed him several times and all I hear is excuses to why I haven't received my order. Has anybody on this forum actually received any order from him? This is really getting to be ridiculous. 4 months waiting. I'm really pissed off at this point and just want my hard earned money back. Just wanted everyone on here to know about this so you don't waste your money or time on Raptor Embroidery!!!

I ordered my build plate on March 25th and it got sent out April 4th. It's not a console cover but I did receive my purchase from him.

I got a console cover from him... took months and a lot of unanswered emails. When I did get answers, it was "I'll ship it this week...", "Ship it next week...", blah, blah, blah... In the end, I got my cover. It isn't perfect, but it is on my truck and I am happy with it.
He'll probably see this thread and tell you he has finals, he is in school, he is way too busy, he'll ship it next week... Just be glad you didn't send him your cover or headrests.
If you do a search, you will find this to be a common theme with Calder.

Well I'm glad to hear it's not only me. Not to say I'm don't feel for the others who are still waiting. I think this thread should be a warning to anybody else thinking of ordering anything from him. With such poor customer service he should not be in business. IMHO. I make my living selling on ebay and have 100% positive feedback. Heck if I treated my customers like the way Raptor Embroidery does I would be eating rice and beans everyday day instead of driving a Raptor. Just sayin. So "BUYERS BEWARE" of Raptor Embroidery.
