I have a 2012 Raptor, about a month ago I noticed the bed was not level. I took it to the dealer and I asked them "can anyone explain to me why my bed was not level" They looked at me like I was crazy until the actually looked it the vehicle. Now note, I have had the truck since 05/04/2012 and it only has 8600 miles. I left the truck with them and for two days they could not understand why the bed was not level. Friday the dealer called me and said there was not a problem with the bed it was the cab was falling down on the frame to the left making the bed look like it was tilting to the right. Has anyone seen or heard of this issue? The dealer said they were going to be calling Ford and find out what to do. Do you guys (gals) think this would require a replacement truck seeing all that is involved with removing the cab and replacing it...

The cab is mounted with body mounts. They dont just fall down. Maybe the cab sheet metal is bent from a jump? Sounds like there is more to this..

I wouldn't jump to demanding a new truck yet. Logically it seems like it would be a bed mount that's the issue, otherwise the bed floor would have to be collapsing. I'd wait to find out more and start out cooperative before jumping to demanding a new truck.

I have only taking it off road one time and that was within the first 1000 miles. The truck is kept in the garage and I only drive it on tuesdays and wednesdays. I have been up all night looking for information on this issue. THe dealer did say there were dings in the sheet metal under the cab but there is no corresponding damage other than the leaning of the bed.

The bed is mounted to the frame with rubber grommets. I have seen them fail before but only on older trucks. Maybe a defective one?
