GEN 2 CA Emissions Issues

From my research every 2017 Raptor has the same emissions sticker under the hood, with the CA verbage. That should be all you need to register and smog the car here in CA - This leaves me confused as to what the CA emissions option is when ordering. There have been a couple of guys that bought their trucks out of CA in a non CARB state and their trucks had the right underhood sticker and they were able to register them with zero issue.

Correct. Registering a Raptor without "CA Emissions System" in California is possible. It will pass smog and the emission sticker is the exact same.
