This is what jb4 did to mine ,customer service was horrible so now 4 weeks in when I ask for a refund they come up with a bunch of lame excuses for that as well ,even after they admitted that the circuit board is most likely screwed up. Try if you want too ,hopefully you don't burn up the driver in your pcm.

im on the fence between the jb4 and FP tune as I dont want to mess with shipping off my ecu. When you say the jb4 is faster than the FP--how significant is the difference?

There is no shipping off ECU’s with either JB4 or FP. You are thinking of Goose, etc., That being said, nothing between the two is particularly significant.

You probably bent a pin on the connectors out of anger.

there is no goose for the 23s 24s or the 25s
This. If you are on the years above just get the FP and be done with it. These trucks will never be TRX or R fast and most “fast” cars will smoke em. They are quick, however, and very enjoyable. Ive come to my senses…..just get or a vette/stang/porsche/caddy/bmw/benz/audi….whatever fast car. They are much quicker and more fun.

but but but.... what if I have a caddy already and still want my '23 to be maxed out on stock motor/turbos.... lol. I know I don't need it but its just what I do with my stuff. Might have to PCM swap the truck but maybe I'll settle for the FP or Whipple tune.
