Anyone have any contact with them recently? I placed an order on 11/26. Got the order confirmation right away but still have not received shipping notification or the item. I have tried to call them three times with no luck (fast beeping every time I call). I have sent two emails and sent them a message on Facebook with no response. Anyone have the same experience or know another way to get in contact with them?

I have historically email him [email protected] and he has responded quickly and has been helpful for me on several issues. He may have just gotten buried by Black Friday.
