I really like reading about feedback like this. I wasn’t really looking for a bed side rack, but, it looks pretty nice and now it has me thinking. And now ... I kind of am looking for a bed side rack

Their customer service is awesome.

I just wish they had a smaller rack that would fit under my American truck covers rolling cover.

I don’t like the idea of hacking it up just to make it fit.
They took mine back and gave me full credit no questions asked.

I got my truck ready for the Forged Offroad trip from Carson City to Las Vegas today. I wanted to share my attempt to solve for the 3 RotoPax mount that I had problems with during my last trip, and how I have set up my BuiltRight racks for other accessories.

I welded together a few pieces of metal and mounted it to the bed as a base for the RotoPax. The tabs on the base make it so I can cinch down the RotoPax with ratchet straps so they don't bounce around while offroading. I have also mounted a jack handle, a shovel and an fire extinguisher. Everything feels pretty solid; I'll report back after the Vegas trip to comment on how it all held up.

I ordered three things from them. I got two but never received the back seat release. I have emailed twice and no response.

This is very rare, roscopecco78. I’ve dealt with Matt on a few occasions and he’s usually quick to respond. Are you emailing him at Matt@, or some other address? Have you tried calling? Builtright is a very respectable company.

I have written to him at two separate emails. I am not accusing Matt of anything. I was hoping he would see this post and rectify the situation.

When I opened the package, I immediately took pictures of the contents and sent him a message. Honestly, so much has been on my mind recently that I haven't thought about calling, but will do that tomorrow.

I received the incorrect order, sent them an email and received a call back in less than 30mins. This was a few months ago just before the entire planet shut down. Try calling, with businesses shut down, you never know what their situation is looking like.
