Common wrench sizes on the Raptor that I carry. And other tools
10mm
15mm
18mm
21mm
27mm
29 or 30mm socked (lower shock bolt, probably overkill).
A small 3/8" drive socket set (the kobalt set with the pass through wrenches is good because it sort of acts like a deep socket and shallow socket set in one)
4 lb hammer
Small and Large Crescent
Small and Large Vice Grips
Lineman pliers
Channel locks
needle nose pliers
18" aluminum pipe wrench
screwdrivers (don't cheap out here)

Spare parts I carry.
IWE
Power Steering Pump
Wheel Speed Sensor
U joints

Fluids I carry
4 qts 5w20
2 qts ATF
1 qt gear lube 75-140 I think
half gal of ford antifreeze (gold or something like that).

Misc.
Zip Ties
Gorilla Tape
Shop Rags
Vacuum tubing
hose clamps
Ratchet straps
Bungee cords
Tire plug kit
Valair Compressor (its not as fast as CO2 but takes up way less room)
Silicone self fusing tape
Electrical tape

Recovery
Bubba rope with shackles
20' strap without as much give for flat towing
Hi Lift Handle All set (shovel, axe, sledge, etc,,,). I usually only carry the shovel and the sledge.
HF Floor jack on skid

Survival/first aid
Power Bars
Sunscreen/Bug Spray
Steripen
Epipen
Stop Clot
Sutures
Standard first aid kit
Packable wide brim hats
Survival blanket

When I think of more I'll add it. I can get most of this stuff into the truck along with a second spare, a yeti cooler, my wife, two dogs, camping gear etc...
@treypal - any additions / revisions?

Top spare parts for the trail

So the other day I was thinking, what are the top few spare parts every truck should carry on a long trip? There's the obvious stuff like extra tires... Then there's other things that are not so obvious.

Few things I thought of: spare fuel filters, misc metric bolts, electrical wire, fuses, and a set of tie rods, What are some of the other things that every carries for the inevitable "ah fawk!" Situations?

I carry: Spare u joint(s), wheel speed sensors, front axle(s), rubber boots, a temporary CV cover, tie rod(s), power steering pump is a must, as well as IWEs / Hubs / a vacuum actuator, vaccum lines, spare air filters (more than one), enough oil for a change and an oil filter, a bottle of each additional fluid, spark plugs wires for each side and coil pack, tire plugs and/or patches, fuses, serpentine belts... I also have a wiring harness for the transmission and a specific one for the Roush supercharger. Hose clamps, zip ties, and electrical tap are nice to have on hand as well, plus tools to install said parts. Whenever I break something new or different I buy a spare to toss in the parts I already have.

Do you have to pull a trailer to carry all that stuff?? Haha sounds like you're very well prepared

Not yet lol. Large pelican case in the back. Back seat is partially devoted to camping gear, recovery gear, etc. Adding a roof rack this year and going to a three seater to distribute things around a bit and maybe add more.

Damn, I wanna offroad with you!

Anytime! I'll be in AK for work for awhile though.
