Man, the pictures of this truck did it no justice. The truck is literally intimidating, just massive!

There she is... your rig and in the driveway too. Nice to be home, eh?! I love the truck! For me its a slow burn right now... only 200 miles after a week. Looking for adventure soon. Funny thing is the original truck I ordered is still in railyard (105 days/15 weeks)... so this makes it so much better.

Definitely a good feeling. I took delivery on Wednesday and have not driven it since. I have a company car ; so really looking forward to driving it this weekend. You most definitely did the right thing. Your built was just stuck in limbo with no end in sight. I love the blue!

I'm jealous of all you getting your trucks. Mine is still sitting in a rail yard. Latest ETA is now 2/25-3/10. Making another fun phone call to my dealer on Monday. I've been on the hunt for another truck with my options and colors for MSRP but haven't had any luck. This wait is ridiculous.

Yeah definitely keep your options open. It was weird , mine sat for close to 60 days; then all of a sudden it shipped and arrived in a week and half from the ship date. Just strange how Ford sends these completed trucks out. Makes no sense ; I’ve seen quite a few people in this forum walk away, mainly because nobody had any answers.

Literally I was in the same limbo, then **** it appears. Then my dealer took a week to get the Bedliner and delivery set up. After I signed all the financing paperwork, the manager of the dealership told me that dealerships in the dealer locator network, were offering my dealership $25k over ; but my dealer stood their ground and told them it was sold.

When I went to get my tint done, my tint guy ordered a R, it arrived and the dealership sprung a $20k ADM on him.

I told him he should have taken it. From what I heard the R’s are getting $50k over.

Just a crazy ordering system and market. And don’t get me started about the interest rates.

Well, my saga on waiting for my Raptor is over. My original order was on 1/6/22 which never had an allocation. Reordered on 8/6/22 which was built and shipped in October, arrived at the local rail yard (to the dealership) on 11/21/22 and is STILL sitting there to this day! I finally started looking around and found a 2023 Azure Gray. It had the moonroof/tailgate option which I didn't care for the moonroof but I was tired of waiting, and bought it for MSRP.

To those of you who might still be waiting, try looking around. They're starting to pour into dealerships and many of which are MSRP. It was worth the long wait even if I didn't get my exact order. It's an amazing truck which far exceeded my expectations.

On Monday I plan on getting the bed LineX'd and the next day it's getting tint and ceramic coating. I've got a BAK X4S waiting to be installed once that's all done and I'll add a bed rug and swing case. Wheels and tires will come down the road.

Last update from me on this build week thread. My original priority 1 order finally arrived at dealer according to tracker. I moved on 7 weeks ago with a different vehicle. But figured I would drop an update. This unit shipped 137 days ago... almost 20 weeks later it seems it arrived. Dealer now added a 10k ADM going from my retail to a now stock unit... and it showed back on their website the next day after I informed them I bought another vehicle. Still on website today. No damage, QC hold, etc. Just sat in a railyard the whole time. I was hoping I had a better understanding of why it sat by continuing to track as a learning point... but it appears Ford was informed I was no longer a customer and stopped communicating with me on updates. I also noticed dealer was no longer listed on tracker for this unit. So the dealer, to me, does have some hand in the order and controlling details that end up on tracker I feel. Any way I checked today and found this update. Later y'all

Thats crazy that it took that long for your original order to finally make it in. I can imagine how long that must have been as mine is still in the rail yard after shipping 136 days ago. Mine still says "shipping". At this rate I honestly feel like it's just a truck that has been forgotten about among the hundreds of other trucks in the rail yard.

I don't care anymore as I did find another one so now I just grab my popcorn and see how long it takes for it to be delivered. I'm sure once my original order comes in I'll do the same thing and post about it. I wish we knew why our trucks were left to be forgotten for no reason.
