Let's assume we can order tomorrow, July 18, and the production starts 12 sept as per donlen.com.

How long until we get our trucks? I have heard it's about 12 weeks build time. Who has. Input? Anyone have experience?

I assume some stock for dealerships will come before they start filling orders. Give me your thoughts.

I order mine on Nov 14th, 2013 and it arrived at the dealership on March 18th, 2014. There is no guarantee how long it will take to get to you.

I ordered a 2011 and a 2012 Raptor. Both took between 10-12 weeks. Both were ordered during the model year production cycle.

Put a deposit of $500 to $1000 depending on dealer and wait usually. :)

Check my sig. Your wait relies on many factors including your order priority with your dealer and when your order gets pulled for build which then depends on how many orders have been placed for customer sold vs dealer stock among all Ford dealers. I also believe dealer stock is prioritized over other orders beyond simple allocation, but I could be wrong. Just be prepared to wait with no expectations. Another real possibility is a material hold. If certain required build components are not available due to parts supplier issues or natural disaster etc., then affected models will stop being produced temporarily until the components are available again. My truck almost got delayed or cancelled due to an earthquake that affected a pigment company overseas that is the only company that makes the metallic flake pigment in Tuxedo Black Metallic paint. I've also seen material holds due to tire shortages etc. Delays can literally boil down to what specific options you selected for your ordered vehicle.
