Thanks for the info. That's a pretty interesting response. I wonder who gave them the feedback that including a kicker subwoofer wasn't a good idea...Sony maybe. I assume they have some agreement with Sony that forces them to use only Sony audio components with the 802A. I could be totally wrong though.

I'd bet you that's the exact reason for it. He just told me no sub at all with the 802A group. Oh well the sub in my 12 sucked ass anyways and I changed it to the Kicker sub back in 12 when I got my Raptor.

The configuration is allowing a lightning blue exterior with the orange interior accent package. I thought before it was said in order forms that the orange accent was not available on blue and red exterior raptors?

I'm hoping I can order the orange with blue exterior bc not a huge fan of the grey accents they added on standard leather (and I want only leather)

The 802A does NOT get the kicker sub, it is NOT a option. The Sony system comes with the 802A and has its own sub.

He's right. Same as the 2016 and 2016 "normal" F150s. The Sony stuff has it's own sub. Only the lower end stuff has the Kicker upgrade option.

It is back from the original options list from four months ago. once you go 802A the Kicker sub is no longer a option.

They just updated the order guide to allow the orange accent package with the Lightning Blue. Someone posted a link somewhere on the forum with the latest order guide that was dated 9/15/2016 or so.

It says right in the new 2017 build and price that it's a 10 speaker 700 watt Sony system with a sub. Click on the info "i" buttons.
