Any good tire cleaner should work, just have to follow the directions. Letting tire cleaner sit more than 1-2 minutes and letting the cleaner dry before scrubbing and rising will cause the dirt to be even harder to get off. I spray the tire with a good tire cleaner and let it sit for about 30 seconds to a minute. follow with a brush a soapy water than spray off with a power washer. Tires are fresh every time. I dress the tires each wash as well, diluted Pearl or Adams tire dressing for me.
