To get their attention, you need to mention them here by using the @ symbol. Or the old fashion way and make a phone call.....

I wasn't expecting them to cover it, just maybe some input if this has happened before, they would have to handle it the same as me. I have emailed Deaver, since a phone call can't provide pictures, and SDHQ are busy with sales, support and other business issues, being that these were bought two years ago, I think it would be easiest and best to go straight to Deaver, and eliminate SDHQ as they would be a middleman having to get pictures and info from me to simply pass on. Saves time and energy for all, my post was simply referring to some input if this is isolated or has happened before. Something I forgot to mention as the springs did start to sag more over the last couple months. I want it clear I'm. To bashing Deaver or SDHQ as I think they are all outstanding companies and chit happens, and this appears to me and others a metallurgy issue.

1st update,
I just got a call from Jason at SDHQ, and he said that the guy who normally handles these issues is out of the office, (explains no return email). Jason made a personal call to Deaver and me, after seeing the post here. THANK YOU Jason!! Above and beyond the norm! He even sent over a copy of the receipt. I will keep updates as I get them. Thanks again Jason, this is why I order from SDHQ, outstanding service.:big_banana_Dance:

Call Deavers

Have called the guys at Deaver yet? They're a good bunch of guys I'm sure the can do something for you. Side note, their shop is pretty cool, it's an old blacksmiths shop.

They are a good reputable company. I have heard of many excellent customer service experiences.
Plus they should know about the issue from a QC perspective

We've been street driving, racing on and selling Deaver springs for over 15 years and have had zero reasons to look elsewhere. Sure we could have a spring manufacturer in Mexico or India put our name on them and call them our own, but we choose to sell one of the the best on the market instead.

Scott @ Deaver has been out of town, so Im sure that's why you haven't heard back from an email. Call and talk to Jeff or Scott to get the ball rolling.

Deavers are a great spring company.. Please be patient and if they don't get in touch with you shortly, I will go up there and get you a replacement. Easy. Just tell me which leaf is broken. They are only 10 Minutes away from us.

So I have been searching the forums on broken Deavers, all I seem is sag posts. Has anyone experienced a broken Deaver? Mine are plus 3's and I have carried loads from time to, but it hasn't been jumped so I'm at a loss here, their not even 2 years old. Im thinking of trying WSI or Icons now, as I really don't want this pita again, I pull a Mastercraft X30 and throw the bikes and what not in the back, so I'm wondering if I over stressed them that way? Any and all input would be appreciated.


I know Scott has been out for the last week or so, he usually handles any warranty or customer service issues. With Jeff being the only one over there I know he's been slammed. I know scott just got back to the office today and they will have no issue sending you out the replacement leaf . They have always stood behind their products which is why they are so big today and still around.
