They are morons... The service guy is looked up parts for 2010-2011 Raptor. They changed the diff in 2012 that is why there are not a lot of options for regearing 2012 and up the last time I checked.. This is from Yukon gear December 9th 2013:
" At this time there is nothing available for the 2012 and newer ford rear differentials. we are in the development process and I will add you to the list for an update when I have one available."

The truck I have is a 2010 5.4. I know they made changes mid 2012 on the Raptor axles. Keith (Wiz1500) told me the changes were limited to the axle shafts and diff pinions (no bearing changes).

They changed axles and pinion bearing in 2012. Previous owner might have sheared axles (common on 2010 bad batch of heat treatment) and upgraded to later model axle which would have been a direct bolt on with upgraded bearing and axles.

That could be. Hope I didn't break the upgraded components though.

Now that I think of it the pinion was stamped FoMoCo 410. What axle does my dealer think it is? I think I need to find a new dealer.

Greg,
I got a call from the dealer yesterday and they cant seem to get the correct pinion bearings. They said the new pinion was a larger diameter and the bearings that were sent with it didn't fit. When they finally got bearings in that fit, they were thinner than the original bearings so the crush washer didn't make contact. Any ideas? Anyone know the correct bearing part numbers I need?

Okay. So after 3.5 weeks I finally got the truck back.

When the dealer finally got the correct bearings in they realized they had the wrong crush washer as well. When they finally got that fixed they realized they had the wrong connector for the ELD. But now its done and back in my garage.

Thanks again to everyone for their help.

Wow... after reading all of this all I can say is sorry.

Glad you got your truck back though.

FWIW, most dealers are complete idiots.
