I've done all my own work..its not that bad until the wind is blowing..then it gets messy!!

I haven’t heard anything about this. Fumoto drain valve and accessory hose. Where did you go to get this ?

It’s a flip valve type deal, definitely makes things easier. In just about every car. Up side of these also; if you have to take your truck in to a dealership for a change it prevents the high school kid they hired to do oil changes from pounding your drain plug in with an Impact wrench. (Guess how I know about that.)

There are other brands, but Fumoto seems to have the best reputation and I’ve never used any of the other brands, so can’t speak to those.

I just did a search on here for oil filter relocation kits but couldn’t find anything. Has anyone done this before? Recommendations on a kit? I installed a Fumoto so it’s a piece of cake to drain, but the oil filter is a PITA!
