The ones I bought were SickHID's the craftsmanship on these lights is amazing but the ballast suck at letting moisture in.

Personally I think this just happened to be a fluke on that specific wiring harness.
I have one of the first wiring harnesses in my RSiWORKS Retrofits that I actually got from Dawson. I put this thing through hell and back,
Took it to the Snoball run in negative degree weather with ice hanging off of it and now just got back from the South Dakota Buffalo Run were I proceeded to plow through watery mud pits/ creeks and I just power washed my engine bay to remove all the crude.
So basically I've put my wiring harness through hell, maybe I'm the lucky one who knows.

Hoss, you might be over thinking things.... How did you react when that brand new light bulb burned out after ******** it in? :)

The solution we developed for mine are specific to Raptor Retrofits. Are the ones you bought made by someone different? I did nothing to the ballast.

what did you end up doing? I would love to further "weather proof" mine. is it something you can share with the rest of us?
