BlueCruise Refund Info / Poll

Signed form and PA sent in today. Received the letter several weeks ago but had to conduct a search for my copy of the purchase agreement. Took delivery of my ordered 21 MY Raptor37 back in November.

After 45 minutes on the phone with Ford Customer Care they told me that my 2022 truck that I took delivery of in April had the correct price of $6,150 on the window sticker for the 801A without Blue Cruse. So my truck does not get the refund.

That $6,150 price was the same price from day one in I think Oct when I ordered the truck, when at the time it included Blue Cruise. And if I recall correctly, my '21 order that was never built was also $6,150 for 801A with Blue Cruise.

What am I missing here?

My 801A is $6,150 also. picked it up late 2021.

What they told you is incorrect. For 22MY, your window sticker should have reflected the BC price adjustment in the 801A option of $1395 (something like that). Just pull a 22 window sticker & bump it against yours and you’ll see the difference.

I tried to tell them that. They weren’t having it. Said my price was correct. They Tried to sell me some BS that because I didn’t have a bullet point on my window sticker under the 801A calling out Blue Cuise it had been removed. Geez. Maybe I’ll try calling again next week. At some point my time is worth more than trying to sort this out.

It was like talking to a brick wall. It was a 45 minute call. I went on hold multiple times as the person had to check with various departments. I tried to tell them my '21 order sheet with 801A and Blue Cruise was $6150, and that my Oct 2022 order sheet with 801A Blue Cruise was also $6150, and my window sticker and what I paid for my 801A was also $6150. After that I went on hold again and that's when they came back with the bullet point comment. At that point I was done, and politely said thank you for your time.

The dealer is close. The sales manager says their zone rep told them Ford will send me a check. I may run out there next week and fill them in on the run around. But as with ordering the truck, I typically am more informed than they are, which is sad.
