I got the blue. I was a bit nervous at 1st because the 2010-2011 orange interior accent was way too loud for my tastes, but the blue is just perfect IMO. Only the stripes/stitching on the seats, and not big cheesy panels, and a dark matte finish on the dash panel pieces, not bright orange parts. There's still tons of black on the interior, the blue just makes the details in the interior stand out a bit more without popping out completely at ya. Stick with it!

I was going to get red but like the blue interior so I'll be going blue and blue too. Will probably powder coat the wheels all black and the black wheels with blue looks the best to me.

Sounding good. But again, would like to hear from Tux Black on blue int owners. I am stoked about the blue, just getting the last of my uncertain butterfy's out now before next month. Thanks guys.

A/C in the seats

Does it matter whether you get blue or black seats? Do they both have the cooling function?

Both 2012 model black or blue seats have A/C....No worries.

Though, you just helped to confirm an assumption I had which was: to folks that dont know....you (generally speaking) think blue trim seats mean "Cooled". THIS IS GOOD.

Good pics. Thanks.

Do you notice the orange strip on the steering wheel more, the silver dash trim OR the blue dash? I assume the naked eye is drawn most to the light colored blue dash before anything.

Also, is it just me or do 50% of the blue leather wrapping of the seats look like it was put on fast? Again, this could be a wierd photo thing not notiiceable in person NOR am I bashing the seats. Just an observation. For example, look at the far right back seat leather aka kinda wrinkled. Is it just me? Maybe the leather is still stretching since so new...?

I'm use to leather/suede insert SRT seats and Nappa Leather Audi RS4 seats since '06 so I've become a leather seat hound! Haha.

Again, just having fun trying to buy time with random questions while I wait the next 2-4 weeks to take delivery! Ahhhh dying!!!

PS-please post pics of your tux black/blue int when you get yours next week! AWESOME! Exterior shots with door open looking into interor would be great if able.

Oh ya, I'v been meaning to ask this for awhile. Its very hard to tell from pictures but....is the blue door trim same shade/texture blue as the dash or "similar"? The blue interior door trim, from pics, looks a little darker and with a gloss finish vs the middle dash which is a lighter gunmetal blue/matte finish.
