If anyone has the part number for the engine block heater kit, please post it.

I just spent some time this week digging them up, here you go:

YF1Z-6A051-AA - heating unit
AL1Z-6B018-B - wire assembly
7L1Z-6B019-A - extension

Confirm this is a water jacket in the block plug type heater, so to install it's going to be pulling a block freeze plug and dumping fluid everywhere.

Correct. My local dealer said it was 1 hour of labor to have do it. $108.
