That location for the switches makes me what to get rid of my trailer brake! I'll probably install where Wiz did his, along the console.

Those switches look amazing. Makes me wish I didn't have the trailer brake control.

I was thinking exactly the same thing... Then it occurred to me that I should look further =====> to the RIGHT. I think we finally found a valid use for that P.O.S. empty slot that some use to keep receipts, loose change, or a garage opener in. It's the same size opening as the one on the left (currently filled for many by the trailer brake controller).
