Big Blue has taken good care of me, so I gotta take good care of Big Blue.
I think I also made a number of Forum vendors happy at the same time!
Mods completed:
Raptor Retrofit headlights.
Vision X light cannons.
Installed new Aux switch pack
Waiting on WSI light rack with rear facing ambers and VHF radio from Jason to complete the job. Should have those installed/wired in the next 2 weeks.
I will take some night shots with the various light cannon covers, when it gets dark.
Assessment:
The Raptor Retrofit headlights look badass, 100% improvement from the factory unit, really finishes the front of the truck and compliments my black and blue theme. Installation was a snap, plug and play.
The Light Cannons are also awesome. Cant beleive the output of these two lights. They put out as much as the 20" Rigid bar. Looking forward to trying out the various covers. The lights were an easy install, the hood brackets were a PITA!
The 2nd set of Aux switches. You have to love a factory install look. My shop was going to install on the outside and do a bit of drimmeling, but after closer inspection determined if they back-installed them, they will fill the trailer brake opening perfectly, they were right. Now with 4 more switches (granted 2 are already accounted for), I should be good to go for awhile!
