Curious, are used Raptor's in SoCal over priced by $10k too?

Take a drive to Peoria Ford in Arizona near phoenix..good deal below msrp and plenty of inventory...All dealers in so cal think they have us by the balls. Send em a message. Drove my truck home and got better deal than i could find on ordering a truck in so cal.
congrats man..worth the drive...maybe they'll send me something for the referral .....enjoy the drive..fill up before you come back into cali fuel much cheaper there....
If I wanted to go buy a Raptor and didn't research the hell out of it first, I'd get completely screwed. If I visited four random dealers around here (so cal), I'd probably get "confirmation" that they were all $10,000 over sticker, and that's what you have to pay, due to limited supply.
When I was shopping back in 2010, I called a tremendous number of dealers, and a majority of them lied to me. I'm not simply talking about quoting me a price too high, I'm talking about actual far-fetched, nonsense, proper lying to justify that inflated price.
I don't think it's anti-capitalist to be very annoyed by the idea of business models that make their money by serving disinformation to the public. Auto dealers, and auto repair (since it was brought up), commit these acts commonly. I'm sure this annoys the honest businesses even more then it annoys the consumer.
I guess I shouldn't be too upset, my truck is worth $10k more than it should be.
