A while back they used to be a vendor here and caught so much flack they canceled but still continue to make terrible products. Anzo USA will have my money any day of the week. I have their headlights and side mirror front LED markers to replace the stock orange reflectors and love them. No problems or complaints, plug and play, and the light output on the headlights is awesome! Wide beam with a great cut off. Very satisfied. Now I just need their tail lights....

That's about 10 feet from the wall. From there back, the beam gets very wide and keeps a very straight, sharp cut off. Couldn't be happier

2013 Recon headlights comes on intermittently

I purchased a set of headlights from recon. Got them in my truck only to find out that the headlight either side, comes on intermittently while truck is parked. Running my battery down if truck sits 9+ hrs.. I've taken them to an authorized ford dealer for troubleshooting, but they couldn't figure out the problem.

Does anyone know what the problem could be? !

I contacted the rude people Recon about the situation. They told me to ship them back so they could check them out. 75.00 shipping and recon shipping them back only to say that there's nothing wrong with them. Well they didn't test them properly in a raptor a few days. Headlights start coming on by themselves after a few days. ..Does anyone have any suggestions to my problem, other than not to buy from recon again?!

Thank you ironman for the link! Just emailed them. Hope they can resolve this issue that Recon has refused is there.

As you can see in my headlight picture the parking light cube doesn't work with the light at night. Only comes on during the day when lights are turned off. Just another of many issues with these lights. Pass the popcorn..

^^^ No problems with them?
What do you know about the U-halos vs. the more usual round halos? More light maybe? Looks like they're quite visible from the side. I'm considering them and am interested in your experience, impressions and thinking.
BTW, that seatbelt pad your dad made for me still looks as new as the day I drove away with it.

No problems with the anzo's at all. I absolutely love the U-bars. I like them even more than I like halos because they are more unique looking. The whole set-up is plug and play. You take the bulb out of the side marker and there is a hole in the same area on the anzo and a wiring harness plugs straight into your side marker bulb slot. Then from there the main turn signal is the same as stock just insert and twist into place. Then the low and high beam is the only thing I modified. My low beams don't shut off when I hit my high beams. I also swapped the low beam bulb for HID from morimoto. Couldn't be happier.
