I have to agree. At least for this forum. If he came here bashing a vendor that constantly receives good reviews he would get chewed up and spit out pretty quick.

Thats true too. I can also imagine how a decal could slide off the side of a truck when its sprayed down with soapy water, but would not be the fault of the vinyl or vendor.

I can see both sides of it...

I may not have used their full name, just said "A certain customer" and then if and when he complains, you can reference them at that point...

It was brought up due to a threating email. We would have never gone to the extent we have tired and tired many time. We stand by our product along with our suppliers standing by us.
