I can't!!!! That is why they do it for me!!!

I would say that would be the hardest part of selling mail order graphics. People think they are easy to install but can be really challenging. So I can see d&s frustration when a customer blames them or there product for something the customer did wrong. This is why, like I said they install my stuff. I do know that d&s has even went as far as finding installers for people that where not comfortable with installing something themselves.
