beware of someone from CA

I am the owner of Designs N Signs....

Chris and myself have gone to great lengths to make sure our customer service is as pristine as it can be. We always go the extra mile to make sure that you forum members are always taken care of the best we can. We have recently sold a set of our one of a kind bed graphics too A certain customer.

He tried to install the graphics himself and messed them up and tried to call us and say that the 3m wrap vinyl we use on everyone's orders fell right to the ground after applying them on the bedside. Never have we ever heard or seen this happen before. I then had our rolls of material inspected by a 3m rep to insure we did not receive a defective roll. It was 100% approved to be OK.

Please disregard any negative feedback that may show up from this member. He is looking for free graphics and when we said we would make him a new set for half price (COST) he is threatening to take his complaints to the forums , BBB , Yelp ect...

Sorry for the rant but We take pride in servicing this forum and its members to 100% satisfaction.

I have many Designs N signs products like hood, FRED mod, grille letters, bed sides, mirror reflector decals, and interior door decals and they all have been great!

Maybe it should be discussed? I don't monitor the vinyl threads very often but this would be the first I've read of a complaint on this matter. From the sounds of it, if it was a mistake on their part, they are more than happy to make it right.
